When I joined PrePass, the company was ready to evolve beyond its legacy identity and establish a stronger position as a transportation technology leader. I led the organization's first comprehensive rebrand, partnering across executive leadership, product, sales, marketing, and government affairs to redefine its positioning, messaging, visual identity, and market narrative.
The transformation extended far beyond the brand itself. I built the communications and stakeholder engagement infrastructure needed to support future growth—from government solutions positioning and acquisition communications to executive thought leadership and a new enterprise-wide events operating system. By aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and translating complex technologies into compelling stories, I helped create a scalable foundation for the company's next chapter.
